This session set out to run a synthetic peer-review process on an in-silico de novo binder-design manuscript for eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), evaluating the computational methodology and design validation of a disclosed AI-authored hackathon deliverable rather than experimental results.

The agent applied a synthetic-peer-review skill to the manuscript and supplementary files (EoE_manuscript.md and EoE_supplementary.md), producing a peer review report and a revision plan, then generated revised versions of the manuscript and supplement along with supporting analyses such as decoy control results/calibration and Chai-Boltz concordance data. It also drafted a point-by-point response to reviewers and a decoy-control memo explaining the concordance checks. Finally, all markdown deliverables were converted into Word documents using a python-docx-based converter (since pandoc was unavailable), with embedded figures and tables, and the agent verified image/table counts in each output file.

Key deliverables include the revised manuscript and supplement (EoE_manuscript_revised.docx with 7 embedded figures; EoE_supplementary_revised.docx with 14 figures and a Methods table), plus response_to_reviewers.docx and decoy_control_memo.docx documenting the review response and decoy/concordance analysis. Supporting data and source files (peer_review_report.md/docx, revision_plan.md, chai_boltz_concordance.csv, decoy_control_results.csv, TableS6_concordance_and_controls.csv, and editable .md originals) were also produced.
