This session aimed to develop a lay summary for the CCL26/POSTN manuscript that translates the research findings and their significance into language accessible to non-specialist audiences.

The agent produced accessible summary documents and, as part of quality control, checked the citations used in the CCL26/POSTN materials against their sources, confirming that PMID 17900656 (eotaxin-3 distinguishing EoE from GERD, *Hum Pathol* 2007) and PMID 39343172 (persistent DSG1 downregulation with periostin accumulation in histologic remission, *JACI* 2024) were cited correctly and required no correction. Work was carried out in parallel across multiple related projects, generating both lay and executive summary versions in Word (.docx) and Markdown (.md) formats for the CCL26/POSTN program as well as two pMHC-related programs (personalized and nanoparticle approaches).

The core deliverables for this task are lay_summary_CCL26_POSTN.docx/.md and exec_summary_CCL26_POSTN.docx/.md, the verified lay-audience and executive summaries for the CCL26/POSTN manuscript; companion lay and executive summaries for the pMHC personalized and pMHC nanoparticle projects were also produced in the same session (12 artifacts total).
