Review and refine the 3 hackathon manuscripts for consistency in language, author/affiliation information, disclaimers about AI-generation and lack of peer review, and proper acknowledgments of the hackathon process.

This session aimed to review and refine the three Project Tolera hackathon manuscripts (CCL26/POSTN, pMHC, and EAC/EoE) for consistent language, author/affiliation details, AI-generation and no-peer-review disclaimers, and proper acknowledgment of the hackathon process.

The agent harmonized the three manuscripts (producing CCL26_manuscript_harmonized.docx, pMHC_manuscript_harmonized.docx, and EAC_manuscript_harmonized.docx alongside their PDF versions) and documented its consistency checks in manuscript_consistency_report.md and consistency_decisions.md. Beyond the manuscripts, the session also touched related project deliverables — the pitch deck, a lay summary, an infographic, and the project website — and tracked overall progress in accomplishments_ledger.md/csv and final_package_review.md. The final agent message addresses a specific auditor finding about a stale CSS value (a dropdown "top" offset) in the project website's stylesheet, explaining that the two-tier navigation restructuring already updated it to top:54px in both source and served assets/css/style.css, and concluding no further change was needed.
