This session set out to review completed work across therapeutics, software tools, business development, and AI/ML domains for the EoE protein-design project in order to identify skill gaps and propose new specialized agents to accelerate future research-to-commercialization workflows.
The agent authored a set of five skills plus one specialist agent derived from the project's existing work, packaging the results into a skills bundle and an accompanying plan document. In closing out the session, a correction was made regarding verification claims: the "reproduces reference numbers" check had actually been run for the compute-cost-audit skill (#5), not for binder-developability-hardening (#2) as originally stated, and skill #2's protease/liability helpers were confirmed only for correct computation on a synthetic sequence, not validated against actual celiac reference sequences or their reported 32β5 / 18β1 reduction figures. The agent acknowledged overstating skill #2's validation in its closing summary and flagged the clause for removal.
The main deliverables are eoe-protein-design-skills.tar.gz (the packaged set of skills/specialist agent), reconstruction_notes.md, and a planning file (plan_author-5-skills-1-specialist-from-the-eo_f387d4c7.json) documenting the plan to author five skills and one specialist agent; note that per the final message, validation claims for skill #2 (binder-developability-hardening) should be considered corrected/limited rather than fully verified.
