Audit all stalled and postponed tasks across the EoE protein-therapeutics project that require GPU access, compiling an exhaustive list with estimated computational costs and resource requirements to inform a GPU infrastructure investment decision.

The agent compiled the backlog of GPU-dependent stalled/postponed tasks into a report and cost table, then reviewed its own outputs for accuracy. It corrected a figure title in gpu_cost_summary.png that had overgeneralized a backlog total to every line item, revising it to state the total directly (now v2). It also checked a second flagged finding concerning a "verified" label on cost rates, and determined no fix was needed there, since that label came from a cell that errored and never actually ran, while the shipped table and report correctly describe the rates as "approximate."

The main deliverables are gpu_stalled_tasks_report.md (the audit writeup), gpu_stalled_tasks_costs.csv (the underlying cost/resource data), and gpu_cost_summary.png (v2, a corrected summary chart of backlog costs).
