# LinkedIn Post — EoE Survey

## ⭐ Link-in-comments version (USE THIS)

**POST BODY (paste this as the post):**

If you live with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE) — or love someone who does — I'd value 5 minutes of your time. 🙏

This week I'm part of the Built with Claude: Life Sciences Hackathon, working on an idea for a fundamentally different kind of EoE treatment: one that would gently retrain the immune system to *tolerate* trigger foods, instead of a lifetime of elimination diets, daily meds, and repeat endoscopies.

But an idea is only as good as the real-world need behind it. So before I build the case, I want to hear from the people who actually live this every day.

I put together a short, fully anonymous survey — about 5 minutes, almost all multiple choice, no names or emails collected.

👉 Link in the comments below.

Two asks:
1. If you have EoE, please take it — your experience directly shapes this work.
2. Please share or tag someone in the EoE community. I'm collecting responses through end of day Saturday.

Thank you for helping ground new science in patient reality. 💙

**FIRST COMMENT (post this immediately after, as your own comment):**

Here's the survey — 5 minutes, fully anonymous: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdoQtdirTzM9HJNr0M4cTUf2z6GxuxsAGqwX3mAevQnjQRtDA/viewform

**How to do it:** publish the post → immediately open it → type the comment above → post it. Doing it within the first minute or two matters; the earlier the link comment lands, the more people see it.

## Shorter version (if you prefer tighter)

Do you live with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE)? I'd love 5 minutes of your time.

For a life-sciences hackathon this week, I'm exploring a new kind of EoE treatment — one that retrains the immune system to tolerate trigger foods rather than relying on lifelong diets and daily meds. To ground the idea in real patient experience, I made a short, anonymous survey (~5 min, no names/emails):

If you have EoE, please take it — and share with anyone in the community. Collecting responses through Saturday. Thank you! 💙

## Posting tips
- **Put the link in a first comment instead of the body** if you want maximum reach — LinkedIn's algorithm suppresses posts with external links. If you do this, replace the link line in the body with "Link in the comments 👇" and drop the URL as your own first comment right after posting.
- **Best time to post:** Tuesday–Thursday mornings get the most engagement, but given your Saturday deadline, post now and re-share/comment on it once tomorrow morning to resurface it.
- **Tag relevant orgs** if appropriate (e.g., APFED — American Partnership for Eosinophilic Disorders) to reach the patient community, but check that any group welcomes survey shares first.
- Keep the first two lines strong — LinkedIn truncates after ~2 lines with a "see more," so the hook has to land before the fold.
